During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued ID. ph65 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend your account pending verification. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph65 account. ph65 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph65 may close all but the original account and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph65 account. You must:
ph65 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. ph65 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ph65 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph65 support immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph65 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the ph65 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ph65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph65 Platform without the prior written consent of ph65.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph65 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph65's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph65 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph65 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph65 makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Upon termination for cause, ph65 may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation, subject to ph65's anti-money-laundering obligations.
You may close your ph65 account at any time by contacting ph65 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
ph65 may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Where changes are material, ph65 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph65, you agree to first contact ph65 support to seek an informal resolution. ph65 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
